Job Title: HR Manager Experience: Minimum 5 years Location: Madurai Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ESI, PF, recruitment, and HR compliance. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company HR strategies and objectives. Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Maintain and manage ESI & PF records and ensure timely remittance and compliance. Handle employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory benefits. Address employee grievances and foster a positive working environment. Prepare HR reports, manage HR records, and maintain HRMIS. Ensure HR policies are updated and in compliance with labor laws. Coordinate training programs, appraisals, and employee engagement activities. Key Requirements: Mater's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field (MBA/PG preferred). Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience. Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, recruitment, labor laws, and HR documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
